Roadblocker

The RB 980 CR, without the need for foundations, is ideal for use on temporary applications such as checkpoints, conferences and military camps.

With an overall width of up to 4m with a centrally located 2m blocking segment, the raise height of 1m ensures that a vehicle does not penetrate the barrier system.

Heavy-duty top plates are provided with removable covers to enable safe access to the control mechanisms and connecting points for fast, efficient site assembly and servicing. The blocking segment is approached by graduated ramps constructed of steel with anti-slip top plates and additional side kits are fitted to enable access for vehicle inspection.

The RB 980 CR comes in a modular kit comprising of seven pieces which are easily assembled on-site.

The blocking segment is operated by hydraulic actuators each with a 30 tonnes mechanical lifting capability. The HPU contains the hydraulic and electronic control equipment housed in a counter weight barge which is linked to the roadblocker structure.
